For seven years, we have been coming up with new, out-of-the-box solutions on the market to give our customers the best service. We have ambitious plans and cosmic speeds, and achieving them is impossible without this position.

That's why we're opening a position as a Head of Sales

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target and acquire clients, ensuring alignment with the company's overall growth objectives;
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals, setting clear performance targets and providing ongoing coaching and support to ensure team success;
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding sales targets and taking proactive measures to maximize opportunities;
  • Sales Reporting: Provide sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to the management team, enabling data-driven decision-making;
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success.

Requirements:

  • Work experience in StartUps or high-growth teams;
  • Experience in managing a remote sales team of 12 people or more;
  • Strong understanding of payment processing, merchant services, and related products and services;
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making;
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to travel as required.
