Assistant Producer

We are seeking a resourceful and detail-oriented Assistant Producer to support the end-to-end production of engaging and impactful creative projects. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow within the world of content production.

As an Assistant Producer, you will work closely with producers, creative teams, and clients to ensure that every project runs smoothly on time, on budget, and with excellence. You'll play a key role in coordination, logistics, and execution, helping to bring creative visions to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the production process from concept development to final delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams including creative, production, and post-production to ensure seamless workflow.
• Support in scheduling, resource planning, and tracking project timelines and deliverables.
• Help prepare production documents such as call sheets, shoot schedules, and budget trackers.
• Liaise with vendors, freelancers, and external partners for production needs.
• Participate in shoots and on-site production activities, ensuring smooth operations.
• Help maintain quality control and creative standards across all output.
• Anticipate potential challenges and flag issues for timely resolution.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience in production coordination, project support, or related roles in media/content production.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Familiarity with video production, content creation, and/or social media campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-solver with a proactive attitude and keen attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field.
• Prior experience in an agency or production house is a plus.

Working location: Kaki Bukit

Working hours: Mon- Fri (9am- 6pm)
