Key Responsibilities

Perform on-site installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment and systems.

Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and reliability of machines.

Diagnose technical faults and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.

Support customers by providing technical guidance, training, and after-sales service.

Coordinate with the internal technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Prepare service reports, document findings, and recommend improvements.

Ensure all service activities comply with safety and quality standards.
Requirements

Nitec or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related engineering discipline.

Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in equipment servicing or field engineering.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently on-site.

Comfortable with frequent travel to customer locations across Singapore (and occasionally regionally).

Good communication and customer service skills.

Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
