Key Responsibilities

  • Perform on-site installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment and systems.

  • Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and reliability of machines.

  • Diagnose technical faults and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.

  • Support customers by providing technical guidance, training, and after-sales service.

  • Coordinate with the internal technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Prepare service reports, document findings, and recommend improvements.

  • Ensure all service activities comply with safety and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Nitec or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related engineering discipline.

  • Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in equipment servicing or field engineering.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently on-site.

  • Comfortable with frequent travel to customer locations across Singapore (and occasionally regionally).

  • Good communication and customer service skills.

  • Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
