Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Maintain and expand existing client accounts while ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with project and operations teams for smooth project handover and execution.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.


Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in construction, building materials, or related sectors.
  • Familiarity with metal roofing, decking, or structural systems.
  • Strong, self-motivated sales professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills and a proven ability to exceed targets independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Valid Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
