IT Network & Support Engineer
About the job IT Network & Support Engineer
- Provide technical support to clients, users and internal teams
- troubleshoot computers, softwares, printers, WIFI, email and connectivity issues
- Support users remotely and visit client offices or project location when required
- Set up computers, mobile devices, printers, user accounts and email accounts
- Support network installation, testing and maintenance
- Assist in CCTV planning, installation, configuration and maintenance
- work with CCTV systems
- keep networks running smoothly
- explore AI and help others discover it too
- help prepare demonstration, workshop materials, user guides and training environments
- Assist senior team members with AI demonstrations, presentations and training sessions
- Progressively demonstrate AI tools and conduct selected workshops independently
- Help answer participants questions, collect feedback and improve future workshops
