Job Scope:
- Drive Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. - Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback. - Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to support long-term business growth. - Market Analysis & Opportunity Identification
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, monitor industry trends, and analyze competitor activities - Cross-Functional Collaboration & Representation
Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business goals, and represent the company at industry events to boost brand visibility.
Requirements:
- A Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 2-3 years of successful experience in sales and business development, including a minimum of 1 year in a sales leadership or management role.
- Solid knowledge of bespoke software development and IT solution offerings.
- Required to have relevant IT / solutions B2B experience.
- Proven track record in crafting and executing sales strategies, managing sales budgets, and forecasting performance effectively.
- Skilled in using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications effectively.
- Good Communication Skills.
Working Hours: Mon - Fri (10am-6pm)
Salary: $5,000 - $7,000 (Basic + AWS) + Tier Base Commission
