About the job Partnership & Events Executive

Our client is a mission-driven non-profit in Singapore focused on workforce development, lifelong learning, and building a resilient, future-ready workforce through strategic collaborations.

You will work directly with SMEs to help address workforce challenges such as skills gaps, hiring constraints, and job redesign needs. This includes promoting relevant government-supported initiatives and customised workforce solutions. You will collaborate with both public and private sector partners to raise awareness, encourage programme adoption, and ensure employers are equipped with practical tools to build a more agile and future-ready workforce.

Responsibilities:

1. Programme Outreach & Promotion

  • Promote workforce initiatives (e.g. CCPs, grants, job redesign) to SMEs through visits, events, and webinars.
  • Engage and follow up with employers to drive interest and convert it into programme participation.

2. Stakeholder Engagement & Support

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as government agencies, associations, and business leaders.
  • Provide ongoing support to participating companies, ensuring smooth onboarding and effective communication.

3. Collaborative Events & Learning Platforms

  • Plan and execute SME-focused events like workshops and peer learning sessions in collaboration with strategic partners.
  • Use partner networks and databases for targeted outreach and broader programme reach.

4. Communications & Campaign Execution

  • Develop and manage outreach materials (e.g. EDMs, social media, brochures) to clearly communicate programme offerings with consistent branding.
  • Share success stories and case studies to highlight impact and drive greater engagement.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Approximate 2 years of related working experience.
  • Strong track record in successfully planning and executing projects and events.
  • Highly motivated and collaborative, with a deep interest in driving workforce transformation.
  • Good in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


Working location: Central-East

Working hours: Mon- Fri (9am- 6pm)
