Retail & Operation Assistant

Our client is a leading creative education company in Singapore, specializing in lifestyle crafting workshops such as candle-making, perfumery, soap crafting, and cosmetics.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers, learners, and visitors professionally.
• Handle studio operations, including opening/closing, calls, and registrations.
• Support classroom setup, instructor needs, and learner onboarding.
• Maintain cleanliness, product displays, and visual merchandising.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock-taking and replenishment.

Requirements:

• Min GCE 'N' Levels.
• 1 year of relevant retail experience.
• Strong interest in crafts, lifestyle, or beauty with a flair for creative storytelling.

Working location: Orchard Central.

Working hours: 5 days work week retail hours.

Basic + Quarterly Incentives.
