Site Supervisor

Our client is a Singapore-based specialist in structured cabling and ICT infrastructure, delivering tailored connectivity solutions since its establishment in 2003.

Job Scope:

• Supervise site activities, including installation of structured cabling, telecommunications systems, and BMS components.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with project plans, drawings, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Liaise with project engineers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain smooth site operations.
• Conduct toolbox meetings, site briefings, and safety checks.
• Monitor manpower allocation, daily progress, and site documentation.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and escalate to the project team when needed.

Job Requirements:

• Nitec in Electrical, Electronics, or related technical field.
• At least 2 years of hands-on supervisory experience in telecom, structured cabling, or BMS-related projects.
• Positive attitude, reliable, and able to work independently under pressure.

Working Location: Bukit Merah

Working Hours: 5.5 days work week (Mon - Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-1pm)
