About the job Customer Service Officer

Founded in 2012, our client is a premier MOE-registered English enrichment brand with 13 centres across Singapore.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver professional customer service to hotline calls and front desk walk-ins.
  • Be the first point of touch with customers.
  • Handle and resolving customers enquires and feedbacks.
  • Ensure that complaints are monitored and resolved.
  • Actively engage with prospective customers, coordinate trial lessons, and support them in enrolling in our programmes.
  • Manage class enrolments, student records, and handle payment transactions
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and reporting

Requirements:

  • Min GCE 'O' Levels
  • Min 1 year of experience in education setting
  • Good communication skills and customer service orientated attitude
  • Able to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend

Salary: Up to $4000

Working location: Centers island wide available (Will place you to a centre nearest to your home.)
