We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Executive to oversee the upkeep and performance of machinery, equipment, and golf carts. This role suits an individual with strong technical knowledge, leadership capabilities, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Carry out timely repairs and preventive maintenance of all machinery, equipment, and golf carts to ensure optimal performance.
Preventive Planning: Plan, schedule, and execute routine servicing, checks, and maintenance programs as per the established timelines.
Record Keeping: Ensure accurate data entry and documentation of maintenance activities, repair updates, and inventory control.
Operational Monitoring: Monitor machine systems and usage to detect early signs of malfunction and ensure maintenance schedules are followed.
Team Supervision: Coordinate, assign, and review the work of maintenance staff, ensuring efficiency, safety, and adherence to operational standards.
Budget & Cost Control: Support the Course Superintendent in preparing annual budgets and managing expenditures for materials and services within approved limits.
Inventory & Procurement: Manage spare parts inventory, source quotations, and coordinate with vendors for equipment purchases and part replacements.
Equipment Lifecycle: Plan and oversee the disposal or scrapping of obsolete machinery and equipment.
Workshop Management: Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in the maintenance workshop.
Reporting: Prepare daily reports on equipment downtime, maintenance progress, and operational readiness.
Ad-hoc Support: Participate in maintenance-related projects and perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably with exposure to large-scale equipment or facility operations.

Strong technical and practical knowledge in mechanical systems, repair, and maintenance processes.

Good analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.

Proven ability to lead and motivate a maintenance team with a hands-on management approach.

Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
