About the job HR Manager
Our client is an established local construction organisation with a long-standing presence in Singapore. They are currently seeking an experienced HR Manager to manage full-spectrum HR operations and support business continuity and workforce planning.
This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who is comfortable working closely with management and handling both local and foreign workforce matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, policies, and statutory compliance
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and work pass administration (WP, S Pass, EP)
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, CPF contributions, and employment laws
- Supervise payroll processes, leave administration, benefits, and HR records
- Handle employee relations, performance appraisals, and disciplinary matters
- Support manpower planning and workforce optimisation initiatives
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to management and line supervisors
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within construction, engineering, or manufacturing sectors
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and MOM processes
- Experience managing both local and foreign workforce
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Comfortable operating in a structured yet lean environment
