About the job HR Manager

Our client is an established local construction organisation with a long-standing presence in Singapore. They are currently seeking an experienced HR Manager to manage full-spectrum HR operations and support business continuity and workforce planning.

This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who is comfortable working closely with management and handling both local and foreign workforce matters.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations, policies, and statutory compliance
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and work pass administration (WP, S Pass, EP)
  • Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, CPF contributions, and employment laws
  • Supervise payroll processes, leave administration, benefits, and HR records
  • Handle employee relations, performance appraisals, and disciplinary matters
  • Support manpower planning and workforce optimisation initiatives
  • Act as a trusted HR advisor to management and line supervisors

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within construction, engineering, or manufacturing sectors
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and MOM processes
  • Experience managing both local and foreign workforce
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable operating in a structured yet lean environment

    Working Location: North
    Working Hours: Mon- Fri 8.30am- 5.30pm
