About the job Assistant Centre Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead centre teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and adherence to SOPs.
- Plan staff rosters and ensure adequate manpower coverage for all operating hours.
- Train, coach, and develop centre staff to maintain service excellence.
- Work closely with customer service and enrolment teams to achieve business targets.
- Collaborate with teaching and business planning teams on deployment and scheduling.
- Monitor centre performance, including enrolments, retention, and audit results.
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing.
- Min 1 to 2 years of experience in operations, preferably in education, retail, or hospitality.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Working Hours: 3 weekdays + 2 weekend
Working Location: Central
Salary: $4,000
