We are, exclusively, working with an iconic FMCG name in the region whose HQs are in Kuwait, helping them find a senior product developer leader as part of their transformation strategy.

Role Summary

Hands-on technical leader responsible for end-to-end development of juice and dairy products. Drives formulation, pilot trials, and full-scale commercialisation while ensuring product stability, cost efficiency, regulatory compliance, and manufacturability.

Must-Have Requirements

• 8–12 years of FMCG product development experience in dairy and beverages
• Proven hands-on expertise in formulation (juice and dairy)
• Strong understanding of ingredient functionality and interactions (proteins, fats, stabilisers, emulsifiers, etc.)
• Demonstrated experience in pilot trials, factory scale-up, and commercialisation
• Solid knowledge of shelf-life, stability, and processing impacts
• Ability to translate consumer/market needs into scalable technical solutions
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Dairy Technology, or equivalent

Nice-to-Have

• Master's degree in Food Science, Dairy Technology, or related field
• Experience with GCC regulatory standards (GSO) and international compliance
• Exposure to value engineering and cost optimization initiatives
• Experience introducing new ingredients, technologies, or processing methods
• Knowledge of structured experimentation (DOE) and data-driven development
• Leadership experience managing and developing technical teams
