Business Development Executive

Our client is a well-established FMCG organisation with a strong presence across the GCC region. Employing over 10,000 staff from diverse international backgrounds, the company is a robust, multi-million revenue business recognised for its operational excellence and market leadership.

The Role

The successful Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities by targeting institutional clients and alternative trade channels (Food Service, HORECA). The objective of the role is to maximise sales performance and product margins within the country.

Candidate Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

- A minimum of a Diploma in a relevant discipline (Sales, Business, or Marketing).

- FMCG background highly desired. 

- At least 3 years experience in van sales.

- A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience within the HORECA sector.

- A valid Kuwait driving licence (mandatory).

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Arabic.

- Strong computer literacy.

The position reports directly to the Assistant Sales Manager.
