Our client is a premium sports bar opening a brand-new location in Dallas Tx. Our client prioritizes quality over quantity and caters to high-end customers who equally feel the same. A Bar Manager with the right experience and culture fit will be strongly desired.
Expectations
- Oversee daily bar operations, inventory, and service standards.
- Train and mentor bartenders to deliver exceptional hospitality.
- Design and update cocktail menus, ensuring seasonal relevance and profitability.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage vendor relationships, and control beverage costs.
- Ensure compliance with alcohol laws, health codes, and safety regulations.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues with professionalism.
- Collaborate with marketing and events teams to promote specials and drive traffic.
- Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to boost revenue and reduce waste.
Qualification
- 3+ years of bar management or lead bartender experience (sports bar and casual dining preferred).
- TABC certification required.
- Any relevant F&B or Mixology certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling tools, and inventory software.

- Must be local or able to conveniently commute.
- Proven ability to manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Deep knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail trends.
