About the Opportunity:

As the Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in driving sales and fostering key client relationships across the diverse APAC region. You will have the autonomy to develop and implement effective sales strategies, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and position the firm as a trusted advisor in this critical sector. With the direct support and collaboration with business leaders who will facilitate introductions, you will have the resources to succeed and make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the APAC market for eDiscovery, Digital Forensics, and Cyber Advisory services.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients, establishing trust and understanding their needs.
  • Explore and penetrate new markets within the APAC region, identifying growth opportunities.
  • Develop compelling proposals and presentations that clearly articulate the firm's value proposition.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to successful deal closure.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Actively participate in industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and network with potential clients.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Proven experience (2+ years, more experience highly valued) in business development, ideally selling services within the cyber advisory, digital forensics, legal technology, or consulting sectors in the APAC region.
  • A strong understanding of the APAC market dynamics and cultural nuances.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to travel across the APAC region as required.
