We are seeking a high-calibre, growth-oriented Sales Director to drive revenue across the Australian corporate and public sectors. This is a sophisticated "New Business" role that requires a proactive executive to navigate complex sales cycles and articulate a multi-faceted value proposition to the most recognised organisations in the region.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and secure new revenue streams within in-house legal, counsel, and compliance functions.
- Serve as a consultative partner to General Counsel and Legal Operations leaders, identifying pain points and matching them with best in class service offerings.
- Manage a robust, multi stage sales pipeline with precision, from initial identification through to contract execution.
- Partner with global subject matter experts and internal legal resourcing teams to maximise multi service revenue opportunities.
Professional Requirements
- Deep knowledge of the eDiscovery, legal advisory, or compliance industries is essential.
- A proven history of selling directly to in-house legal departments (counsel, legal ops, or compliance).
- A demonstrable and active professional network within blue-chip companies or the public sector.
- Exceptional verbal and written skills; the ability to articulate complex subject matter to non-technical audiences with poise and relevance.
- A highly intelligent, energetic executive attitude with the entrepreneurial spirit required to grow a vibrant business.
