What You Will Do

  • Cultivate and deepen strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and develop opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and partnership expansion.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client queries and project coordination.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure delivery excellence and seamless client service.
  • Proactively resolve client challenges and maintain high service standards.
  • Track and report on account progress, providing insights to optimize client success.

Who You Are

  • Experienced professional in client relationship management or business development, preferably within recruitment or related sectors.
  • CEI certified with a valid Certificate of Employment Intermediaries from Singapores Ministry of Manpower (mandatory).
  • Excellent communicator and trusted advisor, skilled at building long-term partnerships.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and capable of managing multiple client accounts remotely.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on delivering business value and exceptional client service.
  • Results-oriented and committed to ethical conduct and compliance.
