Lead Solutions Architect

The role requires the incumbent to excel as a trusted advisor, driving business growth through strategic project management and customer engagement. This pivotal position involves steering project delivery, innovating solutions, and leading teams to achieve excellence in client projects and product transitions.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: Lead the definition and implementation of project scopes, ensuring comprehensive planning, cost estimation, and adherence to delivery methodologies. Oversee project progress, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and project requirements.
• Customer Management: Actively engage with clients to understand their needs, conduct thorough gap analyses, and maintain transparent communication regarding project updates and solutions, thereby strengthening customer relationships.
• Delivery Management: Guide implementation teams through all phases of project delivery, from design and development to technical specification and coding. Ensure projects meet agreed deliverables and quality standards.
• Technical Leadership: Serve as a technical authority, offering innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes and address client pain points, ensuring the successful transition of products and services.
• Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including sales, supply chain, and engineering teams, to ensure cohesive project execution and to develop customized solutions with client consent.

Requirements

• Qualifications: Advanced degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.
• Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience in a leadership role within a technical project management or solutions architecture capacity.
• Technical Expertise: Strong foundational knowledge in software development, system design, and project management methodologies. Proficiency in programming languages and technical specifications is essential.
