The role requires the incumbent to effectively manage and operate various resources, tools, and processes to support the facilities management team and a range of suppliers and stakeholders. Additionally, the position entails the responsibility for planning, developing, and optimizing facility operations and maintenance to meet and exceed established standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Resource and Operations Management: Oversee and manage the operation of necessary resources, tools, systems, and processes to support the delivery of facilities management services.
  • Risk and Emergency Response: Respond swiftly and adeptly to all forms of risks, hazards, and emergencies within the assigned properties, ensuring safety and minimizing impact.
  • Facilities Management Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive site facilities management and operations plans, covering inspection, maintenance (both responsive and planned), and upkeep of assigned sites and their assets.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Enhance the efficiency of the supply chain for all included services and supplies, from initiation and contracting to ongoing supplier relationship management.
  • Reporting and Communication: Regularly develop and present detailed management reports on site status, performance, incidents, costs, budgets, and service delivery, tailored for both internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Qualifications: Advanced degree or certification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building/Facilities/Real Estate Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in roles focusing on facilities or property management, with significant experience in managing large-scale building operations.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of complex building systems including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing, as well as building management and control systems.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and oral communication abilities; proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous.
  • Leadership: Proven experience leading high-performing teams, demonstrating strong leadership and team management skills.
