Warehouse Operations Associate

The role requires the incumbent to coordinate and monitor daily warehouse operations, including inventory management and logistics, ensuring efficient handling of materials and accurate stock maintenance. This position is critical in supporting the company's commitment to timely delivery and exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities

• Daily Operations Coordination: Oversee daily warehouse activities, including the coordination of inbound and outbound logistics, to ensure efficient material handling and storage.
• Delivery Monitoring: Track and monitor all deliveries and returns, ensuring that all parcels are dispatched and received on time and in good condition.
• Inventory Accuracy: Take responsibility for the precise matching of inventory records between the companys system and those of service providers. Regularly perform stock counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Stock Management: Execute periodic stock checks, accurately log inventory transactions, and conduct necessary reconciliation to ensure data integrity.
• Customer Support: Assist the customer service team with client inquiries, feedback, and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Record Keeping and System Execution: Manage records tracking and system updates within ERP or WMS systems, ensuring all warehouse activities are logged accurately and comprehensively.

Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in warehouse and logistics roles, with hands-on experience in inventory management and logistics coordination.
• Skills: Proficiency in using ERP or WMS systems, with strong organizational abilities, exceptional communication skills, and robust problem-solving capabilities.
• Physical Requirements: Capability to engage in loading and lifting of equipment, as required in warehouse operations.
• Work Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of warehouse management and operations.
