Job Responsibilities

  • Inventory Movement Coordination: Manage and oversee both the inbound and outbound movement of inventory, ensuring smooth operations throughout the supply chain.
  • Order and Delivery Monitoring: Monitor the purchase order process and product delivery timelines, addressing any delays or issues promptly.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels to prevent overstocking or shortages, conducting regular inventory assessments.
  • Record Accuracy: Ensure that all inventory records are accurately maintained in the company database, reflecting real-time data.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate the packing, delivery, and pickup of orders, ensuring that all logistics are handled efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Conduct quality control inspections of both incoming and outgoing materials to uphold product standards.
  • Cost and Time Management: Monitor freight costs and shipment times, aiming to optimize expenses and enhance delivery efficiency.
  • Customer Service: Address and fulfill customer service requests related to orders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Liaison Work: Act as a liaison among warehouse staff, vendors, customers, and shipping carriers to facilitate effective communication and problem resolution.
  • Reporting: Create detailed reports on inventory, tracking, and purchasing processes to inform management decisions.
  • Document Accuracy: Monitor and ensure the accuracy of all shipment-related documents to maintain compliance and facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any logistical issues that arise, employing effective problem-solving skills.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in logistics or a similar role, with a thorough understanding of supply chain management.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with inventory management systems, particularly NetSuite, is highly advantageous. Strong computer and data analysis skills are essential.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer Service: Proven skills in customer service, with the ability to handle inquiries and issues effectively.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, able to coordinate effectively between various stakeholders and resolve issues swiftly.
