Job Responsibilities

  • Trading Oversight: Monitor all trading activities on the platform, focusing on futures contracts, to ensure compliance with risk parameters. This includes overseeing user trading behaviors, platform trading positions, and margin requirements.
  • Data Analysis and Optimization: Regularly analyze transaction data from futures trading to identify trends and inefficiencies. Provide actionable suggestions for optimizing trading strategies and operational processes.
  • Broker Management: Serve as the primary contact for futures brokers who cooperate with the platform, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
  • Event Planning and Implementation: Design and execute various promotional events aimed at improving user conversion rates, platform profitability, and other key performance indicators.
  • Process Improvement: Identify any operational lapses and implement necessary revisions to enhance efficiency and user experience.
  • Feedback Analysis: Analyze user issues and feedback, collaborating with relevant internal teams to develop and implement improvements.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate members of the futures operation team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • General Duties: Fulfill additional responsibilities and tasks as needed to support the team and platform goals.

Job Requirements

  • Qualifications: A minimum of a Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: Candidates should have prior experience in similar operations within the cryptocurrency or financial services industry, with additional experience in team leadership highly valued.
