Job Summary

Our client seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate comprehensive project teams, ensuring the seamless execution and delivery of high-stakes projects. This role demands a strategic leader capable of managing budgets, enhancing profitability, and achieving high customer satisfaction through meticulous project and site installation engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team, including subcontractors and suppliers, assigning roles and responsibilities effectively.
• Support the Engineering Team with site surveys, design, and technical matters, ensuring project milestones are met within budget constraints.
• Monitor project/site installation engineering and design for quality and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ISO standards, managing project administrative tasks.
• Oversee contractor and subcontractor operations, enforcing safety measures and risk assessments.

Requirements

• A Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in M&E design and/or project management within the construction industry.
• Relevant safety certifications preferred.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure, meeting tight project schedules.
• Willingness to travel and be based at project sites as required.
