Technical Sales Engineer

The role requires the incumbent to design and develop comprehensive technological solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and seamless integration by the technical teams. The position acts as a critical link between clients' business requirements and the technical solutions provided, enhancing both client satisfaction and project outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to gather and understand complex business requirements.
• Solution Design: Create detailed architectural designs for diverse projects, considering various platforms and technologies to meet specific client needs.
• System Analysis: Evaluate existing systems and processes to pinpoint areas ripe for improvement or necessary customization, enhancing functionality and performance.
• Documentation and Presentation: Develop and present comprehensive solution architecture documents and diagrams to internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
• Implementation Oversight: Work closely with implementation teams to guarantee that solutions are executed as designed, maintaining fidelity to the initial specifications.
• Technology Integration: Explore and integrate new technologies into the companys service offerings, continuously updating and expanding capabilities.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the solution adheres to all required standards for quality, security, modifiability, and extensibility.
• Expertise Provision: Serve as a subject matter expert during the project planning and execution phases, offering critical insights and guidance.

Job Requirements

• Education: Open to fresh graduates with a degree in technology, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Preferably 1 to 2 years of presales experience in the audio-visual industry, although talented entry-level candidates with relevant academic backgrounds will be considered.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in designing and presenting technical solutions.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with audio-visual systems and the latest technological advancements is highly beneficial.
