Job Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain strong, enduring relationships with key corporate clients, continuously assessing and addressing their needs in the realm of collaboration solutions and IoT workspace technology.
  • Business Development: Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and capitalizing on business expansion opportunities within the specialized domain of collaboration solutions.
  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop and implement tailored account strategies for key clients, adjusting to shifts in client demands and market dynamics related to collaboration solutions and workspace technology.
  • Product Advocacy: Act as the primary liaison for DVI Solutions range of products, ensuring clients are well-informed about the latest developments and advantages of the collaboration solutions and IoT technologies offered.
  • Coordination with Internal Teams: Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure that the delivery of services and solutions meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Market Insights: Gather and relay market intelligence to aid in the development and refinement of products and services, ensuring DVI Solutions remains competitive in the collaboration solutions sector.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and sales activities, regularly updating management on progress and insights.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in key account management, ideally within the fields of collaboration solutions, IoT, or closely related industries.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential. The candidate must be adept at managing significant client accounts and fostering long-term relationships.
