What You’ll Do

  • Source & Engage Talent:
    Use job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks to identify and attract high-caliber candidates.

  • Strategic Matchmaking:
    Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to ensure the perfect fit between clients and candidates.

  • Client Partnership:

Who You Are

  • Experienced Recruiter:
    2–5+ years in recruitment or agency staffing, with a strong track record of success.

  • CEI Certified:
    Valid Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) from Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower (mandatory).

  • Relationship Builder:
    Excellent communicator who builds trust with clients and candidates.

  • Self-Motivated & Ambitious:
    Thrives in a performance-based, entrepreneurial environment.
