What You’ll Do

Source & Engage Talent:
Use job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks to identify and attract high-caliber candidates. -
Strategic Matchmaking:
Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to ensure the perfect fit between clients and candidates. -
Client Partnership:
Work closely with companies to understand their culture and hiring needs, delivering tailored recruitment solutions. -
Negotiate & Close:
Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and onboarding for successful placements. -

Who You Are

Experienced Recruiter:
2–5+ years in recruitment or agency staffing, with a strong track record of success. -
CEI Certified:
Valid Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) from Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower (mandatory). -
Relationship Builder:
Excellent communicator who builds trust with clients and candidates. -
Self-Motivated & Ambitious:
Thrives in a performance-based, entrepreneurial environment. -
