Overview
Seattle Search Group is partnering with a large, well-established organization to bring on a Content & Social Media Designer to support a growing marketing function.
This role is highly hands-on and focused on creating, editing, and delivering social-first content across multiple channels. You'll work alongside an existing team but will be expected to take ownership of projects from concept through execution.
If you can project manage, shoot, edit, and deliver content that actually performs, this is the role.
What You'll Be Doing
Create and deliver social-first content including short-form video, reels, and still assets
Edit and export creative across video, static, and mixed-media formats
Manage projects from concept through final delivery
Partner with marketing and content teams to support campaigns, brand storytelling, and audience growth
Develop content aligned with acquisition and communication initiatives
Contribute ideas and execution for modern, engaging social content (not outdated corporate fluff)
Balance multiple projects across digital, social, and campaign-based work
Ensure all creative aligns with brand standards and campaign goals
What They're Looking For
2+ years of experience in graphic design, social media content, or digital creative
Strong ability to concept, create, and execute content independently
Experience with short-form video (Instagram Reels, etc.)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
Experience with video editing tools (After Effects or similar is a plus)
Solid understanding of social media platforms and content trends
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
High attention to detail and ability to bring ideas to life without hand-holding
Ideal Background
Experience in consumer-facing or brand-driven environments
Exposure to marketing, advertising, or digital campaigns
Comfortable working in a hybrid team environment
Someone who can both think creatively and execute quickly
