The Opportunity

We are partnering with a fast-growing advisory firm that has built a proprietary, technology-enabled platform focused on helping entrepreneurs optimize and scale their wealth.

As the business continues to grow, they are hiring Account Success Managers to serve as the primary point of contact for clients—guiding them through a structured, high-value advisory experience.

This is not a traditional account management role. You will play a central role in ensuring clients understand, engage with, and fully benefit from a sophisticated financial and operational platform.

The Role

The Account Success Manager acts as the bridge between clients and the internal team, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding through ongoing engagement.

You will work closely with clients to help them understand their strategy, stay aligned with their goals, and move forward through a defined process designed to improve long-term outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client relationships
  • Guide clients through onboarding and ongoing engagement processes
  • Communicate key insights, recommendations, and next steps in a clear and structured way
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services
  • Monitor client progress and proactively identify opportunities to improve outcomes
  • Drive engagement, retention, and long-term relationship value
  • Help translate complex financial or strategic concepts into actionable steps for clients
  • Maintain organized records of client interactions and progress

Qualifications

  • 2–6+ years of experience in client-facing roles (account management, customer success, consulting, or advisory)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Interest in finance, business strategy, or advisory services preferred
