ERP Program Manager

NetSuite Implementation Leadership

Our client is seeking an experienced ERP Program Manager to lead a large-scale NetSuite implementation and drive coordination across Finance, Accounting, Operations, Technology, and external implementation partners.

This individual will own the overall program from planning through post-go-live support, ensuring successful delivery while keeping stakeholders aligned, risks managed, and implementation milestones on track.

What You'll Do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a NetSuite ERP implementation
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for project execution and delivery
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Operations, Technology, and external consultants throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Lead requirements gathering sessions, solution design workshops, and implementation planning
• Coordinate key NetSuite workstreams, including:
  • Record-to-Report (R2R)
  • Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
  • Order-to-Cash (O2C)
• Manage project governance, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and change control processes
• Oversee data migration, testing, cutover planning, and go-live readiness activities
• Drive stakeholder communication and executive-level project reporting
• Support post-implementation stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of project or program management experience
• Experience leading enterprise ERP implementations
• NetSuite implementation experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to manage large, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
• Strong background in project governance, risk management, and executive communication
• Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
