Are you a passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) ready to make a meaningful impact in New York City schools? Our Client is seeking dedicated professionals to deliver high-quality, school-based counseling and support services that empower students to thrive emotionally, socially, and academically.

What You'll Do

• Provide individual and group counseling to students
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and multidisciplinary teams
• Address social-emotional and behavioral challenges in a supportive, student-centered manner
• Maintain accurate documentation, case notes, and compliance records
• Prepare and write annual IEP reports and session documentation

What We're Looking For

• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW required)
• Active LCSW license in New York State
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children and adolescents in school or clinical settings (preferred)
