What You'll Do

As a Senior Network Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise networking solutions across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and transition enterprise network solutions including firewalls, switches, wireless access points, and SD-WAN environments
• Lead deployment and administration of Fortinet security and networking technologies
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, routing, switching, VPN, VoIP, and firewall-related issues
• Perform root cause analysis for critical incidents and service disruptions
• Develop detailed network assessments, capacity plans, implementation strategies, and technical documentation
• Create and maintain network diagrams, configuration templates, and operational procedures
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and design scalable solutions
• Ensure network performance, security, and service level objectives are consistently met
• Escalate and manage critical incidents with internal teams and technology vendors when necessary
• Mentor team members and provide technical guidance on best practices
• Participate in a 24x7 operational environment supporting business-critical infrastructure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5-7+ years of experience in network engineering and security
• Proven experience designing, deploying, and supporting complex enterprise networks
• Strong expertise with multi-site network environments
• Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Experience producing technical documentation and architecture diagrams
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated success guiding organizations through networking and security solution evaluations

• Base Salary: $120,000 - $130,000
