Requirements:

. Academic background not restricted (university degree preferred)

.Over 10 years' experience in machining and sheet metal manufacturing
operations management, including at least 5 years' comprehensive
management experience in large-scale enterprises; preference given to
candidates with independent operational and management experience of
machining plants in Vietnam;

Core competencies: Exceptional strategic thinking and operational
decision-making capabilities; proficiency in financial control and cost
optimisation; outstanding cross-departmental coordination and problem-
solving skills; ability to effectively integrate internal and external
resources to drive strategic implementation; strong resilience under
pressure with a pronounced achievement orientation.

Professional and Comprehensive Competencies: Thorough understanding
of sheet metal machining processes and production techniques;
familiarity with the machining industry's characteristics, quality
control management, and capacity planning; excellent communication,
negotiation, and team leadership skills to guide teams in overcoming
technical and operational challenges; alignment with the company's core
values.

Candidates with existing client networks will be prioritized.

Main responsibility:

1: Strategic Planning and Operational Control

Aligned with the company's overarching strategy, formulate the 3-5 year
medium-to-long-term development plan and annual operational plan for
the Vietnam manufacturing facility. Define product roadmaps, market
positioning and profitability targets, assuming full responsibility for
core metrics including revenue and profit margins. Dynamically refine
operational strategies to adapt to industry shifts.
2: Market Development and Customer Management

Focus on core sectors including consumer electronics, semiconductors,
and new energy, develop high-calibre clients and strategic partners
both domestically and internationally, lead major commercial
negotiations and high-level client relationship management, and enhance
market share and brand influence.
3:Integrated production and sales operations:
Integrate production, quality, sales and supply chain operations to
drive the implementation of lean manufacturing practices. Manage
product quality and delivery efficiency while establishing an efficient
operational framework.
4: Team Building and Organizational Development:

Establish a high-performing core management team, implement scientific
talent development, performance appraisal and incentive mechanisms,
coordinate the management and empowerment of R&D, sales, production another teams, foster a proactive and enterprising team culture, and
ensure the retention of key personnel alongside succession planning.
