Draftsman Architectural and Interior Designer

· Preparing and producing accurate 2D and 3D architectural / interior design drawings and models using BIM software, Revit is a must.

· Interpreting design briefs, engineering specifications and other technical information to create detailed plans and schematics.

· Collaborating with architects / interior designers and project stakeholders to understand requirements and incorporate design changes.

· Ensuring drawings comply with relevant industry standards, regulations and company policies.

· Maintaining an organised system for storing and retrieving architectural / interior design documentation.

· Supporting the wider architectural / interior design team with any ad-hoc drafting or documentation tasks

What we're looking for

• At least 2 to 5 years of experience as Revit Draftsman

· Formal qualification in architectural / interior design or any drafting related technical discipline.

· Proven experience as a Draftsman or Revit Technician, ideally within the architectural / interior design industry.

· Proficient in the use of BIM software such as Revit.

· Proficient in design software such as Enscape, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.

· Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, high-quality technical drawings.

· Good problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret specifications and design requirements.

· Effective communication skills to collaborate with architects / interior designers and other stakeholders.

· Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations and best practices.

· Salary RM2500 RM3000 ( Salary based on skill level and experience )
