About the job Key Account Sales (1 in SEA,1 in North America)
(I) Key Responsibilities:
1. Set sales targets, analyse sales data, and formulate sales plans;
2. Proactively identify customer needs, build distribution channels, develop new clientele, devise sales strategies, and achieve sales objectives;
3. Develop, maintain, manage, and provide customer service for key accounts and industry-standard clients;
4. Monitor progress in target client development, review reasons for missed targets, coordinate resolution of customer complaints, and conduct satisfaction surveys;
5. Manage client relationships and long-term strategic cooperation plans;
(II) Qualifications:
1. College degree or higher; English proficiency as a working language (mandatory); minimum 5 years' sales experience in automation equipment. Extensive knowledge and networking within automation, bespoke equipment, and market dynamics;
2. Thorough understanding of product features, functionality, advantages, pricing strategies, and differentiation from competitors;
3. Conduct in-depth customer profiling to precisely target prospects, understand the interplay between products, customers, and traffic, and devise effective growth strategies;
4. Possess overseas posting experience (fluent in Chinese/English), limited to Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Southeast Asia (Malaysia, Vietnam, India) or other international locations;
5. Conduct detailed competitor analysis to define market positioning, establish integrated marketing thinking, and independently develop customer expansion plans;
6. Proficiency in Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project), mind mapping tools, and graphic design software;
7. Prior experience with clients such as Apple, Meta, or NVIDIA is advantageous;
