Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations including installation, servicing, and maintenance of lifts and elevators.

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate manpower and resources to ensure timely project completion.

  • Monitor service performance and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

  • Work closely with clients, contractors, and suppliers to resolve operational or technical issues.

  • Prepare reports on operational efficiency, project progress, and cost control.

  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and workplace safety requirements (e.g., BCA, MOM standards).

  • Lead and motivate a team of technicians, supervisors, and support staff.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or related field).

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in lift/elevator or building services operations.

  • Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.

  • Good knowledge of maintenance standards, safety procedures, and industry regulations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
