Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations including installation, servicing, and maintenance of lifts and elevators.

Plan, schedule, and coordinate manpower and resources to ensure timely project completion.

Monitor service performance and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Work closely with clients, contractors, and suppliers to resolve operational or technical issues.

Prepare reports on operational efficiency, project progress, and cost control.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and workplace safety requirements (e.g., BCA, MOM standards).

Lead and motivate a team of technicians, supervisors, and support staff.
Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or related field).

Minimum 5 years of experience in lift/elevator or building services operations.

Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Good knowledge of maintenance standards, safety procedures, and industry regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
