Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Business Development Manager with extensive experience in the Malaysia IT solutions and staffing market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, leading high-value client engagements, and securing new business opportunities within the region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the business development function across Malaysia, with a strong focus on IT solutions and staffing services.

- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with regional and organizational goals.

- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives.

- Acquire new clients (new logos), develop and manage a strong sales pipeline.

- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs.

- Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence to inform strategy.

- Manage end-to-end sales cycles, including proposals, negotiations, and contract closures.

- Represent client in industry events, forums, and networking platforms.

Key Requirements:

- 13-15 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the technology industry, with a focus on IT solutions and staffing.

- Mandatory experience in the Malaysian market with a deep understanding of local customer dynamics.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.

- Ability to lead and influence internal sales teams and external stakeholders.

- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities.
