Job Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers upon arrival at the retail store.

Represent the company with a professional and friendly demeanor.

Identify and understand customer needs and preferences.

Guide customers in selecting suitable products based on their requirements.

Clearly explain product features and benefits to customers.

Respond accurately and confidently to customer inquiries about products and services.

Provide detailed information on product warranties, care, and maintenance.

Promote extended warranties, add-on services, membership programs, and other sales opportunities.

Share information on financing or leasing options available for products.
-
Handle point-of-sale operations, including processing cash and card payments.
-
Stay updated on any changes to product pricing and promotions.
-
Monitor and manage stock levels within the department.
-
Participate in stock counts and ensure accurate inventory records.
-
Report and record any out-of-stock items.
-
Proactively encourage customers to consider complementary services or products.
-
Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
-
Input stock data into inventory systems (e.g., Desknet Neo or equivalent).
Job Requirements

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
-
Minimum qualification: SPM or equivalent.
-
At least 1 year of working experience preferred, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Basic understanding of customer service principles and retail operations.
-
Good product knowledge and basic administrative skills.
-
Prior retail experience and strong communication skills are beneficial.
