About the Role

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer with solid experience in both manual and automation testing to join our remote-first team. In this role, youll play a key part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Web3 platform, contributing to high-quality releases and a seamless user experience.

You should be comfortable working in distributed teams, communicating effectively across time zones, and taking initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test plans for web and blockchain applications.
• Perform regression, integration, and functional testing on core features and smart contract integrations.
• Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to define test strategies and ensure requirement coverage.
• Identify, log, and track bugs and performance issues, and follow up on fixes with engineering teams.

• Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes, tools, and frameworks.

• Contribute to our remote-first culture with clear communication and a proactive, solutions-driven approach.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with hands-on knowledge of both manual and automated testing methodologies.

• Proven track record of working remotely and effectively managing tasks independently.

• Familiarity with Web3 technologies, blockchain concepts, and decentralized applications.

• Experience using test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks (bonus).

• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience testing smart contracts or decentralized apps (DApps).

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows.

• Enthusiasm for emerging technologies and blockchain innovation.
