Fullstack AI Engineer (Remote)

We're looking for a talented Fullstack AI Engineer to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you'll work at the intersection of AI and software engineering designing, developing, and deploying intelligent systems that transform how we build and deliver AI-powered products.

This is a unique opportunity to work end-to-end on innovative AI features, from model development to frontend integration, shaping the future of our tech stack and user experience.

What Youll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven features across the stack (from models to APIs to UI).
  
  

• Fine-tune and optimize LLMs and other foundation models (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, open-source).
  
  

• Build and maintain data pipelines, integrating internal and external data sources to train and evaluate models.
  
  

• Design intuitive UIs to allow users to interact with AI features (e.g., chat interfaces, dashboards).
  
  

• Develop and scale backend services (Python, FastAPI, LangChain, etc.) to support real-time AI workloads.
  
  

• Collaborate with product and design teams to build seamless user experiences powered by AI.
  
  

• Monitor model performance and production metrics; identify bottlenecks and continuously improve.
  
  

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and fullstack development best practices.
  

What Were Looking For

• 3+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 1+ year working on AI/ML products.
  
  

• Strong fullstack development skills:
  Backend (Python, FastAPI, Flask, or similar)
  Frontend (React, TypeScript, Next.js preferred)
  DevOps knowledge (Docker, cloud functions, CI/CD)
  
  

• Experience with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, HuggingFace, LangChain, LlamaIndex) and their integration into production systems.
  
  

• Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), embeddings, and vector stores (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
  
  

• Solid grasp of ML ops and deployment practices (fine-tuning, evaluation, monitoring).
  
  

• Ability to write clean, modular, and maintainable code across the stack.
  
  

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and wearing multiple hats.
  

• Strong communication skills and a product-thinking mindset.

Bonus Points

• Experience building chatbots or AI copilots.
  
  

• Previous work with streaming APIs or websockets for real-time AI interactions.
  
  

• Experience with agent frameworks, tools orchestration (e.g., AutoGen, LangGraph).
  
  

• Contributions to open-source AI projects.
