We are looking for a creative, organized, and execution-driven Social Media & Content Manager to join our team and help scale our digital content presence across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. This is a remote position open to candidates based in Vietnam or Indonesia, and requires a strong command of English as youll be working with content tailored to the US market.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end video content lifecyclefrom sourcing and coordinating with content creators, overseeing video editing, managing publication schedules, and analyzing performance to optimize results. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with social media content for US-based brands and a deep understanding of what makes short-form content engaging, shareable, and high-performing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Production Management

    • Coordinate a team of content creators, editors, and designers to deliver high-quality videos on a consistent schedule.

    • Maintain a smooth production pipeline to ensure timely output and quality control.

  2. Social Media Content Execution

    • Manage and cross-post short-form content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

    • Maintain platform-specific best practices while ensuring brand consistency across channels.

  3. Performance Analysis

    • Track, measure, and report on key engagement metrics.

    • Identify trends in hooks, formats, content styles, and posting times that drive performance.

    • Make data-driven recommendations to improve reach and conversion.

  4. Creator Outreach & Management

    • Conduct cold outreach to influencers and UGC creators to collaborate on content initiatives.

    • Manage communications, briefs, and timelines to ensure alignment with brand voice and objectives.

  5. US Market Familiarity

    • Work closely with the marketing team to understand the nuances of US-based audience preferences.

    • Implement content strategies that resonate with US viewers and match the tone, humor, and culture of the market.

  6. Video Editing Oversight

    • Review and polish videos before publishing; basic editing experience is required.

    • Use tools like CapCut or similar software to assist in the editing process when needed.

    • Collaborate with editors to refine storytelling and improve retention.

What Were Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in social media content management, particularly for short-form video platforms.

  • Proven track record managing content for international or US-based brands.

  • Experience working with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube from a content management perspective.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Strong analytical skillscomfortable with reading dashboards and pulling insights from metrics.

  • Hands-on experience with CapCut or similar video editing tools is preferred.

  • Fluent English (minimum 8/10); able to communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats.

  • Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating asynchronously with a global team.
