Key Responsibilities :
1. Order Fulfilment & Logistics Coordination

  • - Ensure timely and accurate processing, dispatch, and delivery of customer orders.

  • - Monitor fulfilment performance and resolve operational bottlenecks or escalations.

  • - Improve operational KPIs such as delivery time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

    2. Inventory Control & Accuracy

  • - Oversee stock levels and implement systems to minimize stockouts or overstocking.

  • - Conduct regular stock audits and enforce inventory SOPs.

  • - Leverage inventory management tools to track movements and reconcile discrepancies.

    3. Vendor & Supplier Management

  • - Manage relationships with local and international suppliers to ensure quality and timely supply.

  • - Negotiate terms, lead times, and pricing to align with budget and operational needs.

  • - Evaluate supplier performance and explore alternative sourcing when needed.

    4. Cash Flow & Procurement Planning

  • - Plan purchasing schedules aligned with forecasted demand and payment timelines.

  • - Monitor cash flow impact of inventory purchases vs. vendor payment terms.

  • - Work closely with Finance to optimize purchasing against working capital constraints.

5. Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • - Lead and develop a high-performing operations team with clear KPIs and accountability.

  • - Coordinate effectively with departments such as Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and

    Warehouse.

  • - Champion clear communication and problem-solving across teams to improve process flow.

    Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain, with team leadership

    responsibilities.

  • Proficiency in inventory and order management systems (e.g., SAP, SQL, or equivalent)

  • Strong analytical and planning skills, especially in procurement and cost control.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management capabilities.

  • Proven ability to manage operational complexity and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
