The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Brand Management to join the Commercial Team. This leadership role is responsible for driving growth, overseeing brand performance, and achieving key commercial objectives across a portfolio of brands.
The ideal candidate will ensure smooth brand operations and profitability while aligning all efforts with broader strategic goals. You will work closely with internal cross-functional teams and external partners, while also mentoring and developing a high-performing brand management team.
Key Responsibilities

Drive business growth, monitor performance, and meet commercial targets across the assigned brand portfolio.

Lead and negotiate annual agreements with e-commerce partners, securing mutually beneficial terms.

Manage account profitability through effective P&L oversight and financial performance tracking.

Ensure smooth end-to-end brand operations, from product management through to delivery.

Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key partners to drive high-level execution.

Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure business alignment and excellence in delivery.

Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and mentorship to the Brand Management team to foster growth and continuous improvement.
Ideal Candidate Profile

Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

5-8 years of experience in eCommerce, preferably in a brand, platform, or enabler environment.

Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.

Experience or strong knowledge in retail especially within the Beauty or FMCG industriesis a plus.

Excellent numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and the ability to represent the business in high-stakes meetings.

Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with a focus on impact.

Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for data interpretation and reporting.
