About the Role

Were looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and building strong talent pipelines to support our company's growth.

You'll play a key role in shaping our employer brand and ensuring a seamless, engaging candidate experience from first contact to onboarding. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and believe that people are an organizations greatest asset, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HRBPs to identify current and future hiring needs.

  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through online platforms and professional networks.
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions tailored to each roles requirements.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening calls, assessments, interviews, and offer management.
  • Organize and participate in job fairs, career expos, and networking events to promote employer branding.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship management.
  • Coordinate pre-boarding and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

  • Forecast hiring needs on a quarterly and annual basis by department.

  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting to track progress and performance.

What Were Looking For

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition.

  • Proven experience with sourcing and evaluating candidates across multiple functions and levels.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), resume databases, and social recruiting tools.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce or startup environments is a strong advantage.

  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with both internal teams and external candidates.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
