About the Role
Were looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and building strong talent pipelines to support our company's growth.
You'll play a key role in shaping our employer brand and ensuring a seamless, engaging candidate experience from first contact to onboarding. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and believe that people are an organizations greatest asset, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers and HRBPs to identify current and future hiring needs.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through online platforms and professional networks.

Design job descriptions and interview questions tailored to each roles requirements.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening calls, assessments, interviews, and offer management.
- Organize and participate in job fairs, career expos, and networking events to promote employer branding.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship management.

Coordinate pre-boarding and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Forecast hiring needs on a quarterly and annual basis by department.

Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting to track progress and performance.
What Were Looking For

Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proven experience with sourcing and evaluating candidates across multiple functions and levels.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), resume databases, and social recruiting tools.

Prior experience in e-commerce or startup environments is a strong advantage.

Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with both internal teams and external candidates.
