About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive or Associate Sales Manager to join our growing team in Hong Kong. This client-facing role is ideal for someone passionate about healthcare innovation, with strong sales experience and the drive to make a real impact in the fight against cancer.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key customer accounts, including screening centres, clinics, laboratories, and hospitals..
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships, including service agreement discussions and ongoing support.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and develop trusted partnerships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors.

Conduct on-site and door-to-door sales visits to drive engagement and generate leads.

Identify new business opportunities and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Communicate progress on sales initiatives clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.

Respond promptly to client requests and resolve issues as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in a Science-related field (e.g., Life Sciences, Biomedical Science) or equivalent.
- 3-6 years of experience in a sales or account management role within healthcare, diagnostics, oncology, or pharmaceuticals.
- Candidates with a strong sales drive but less experience are also encouraged to apply.
- A network of contacts in screening centres, medical facilities, hospitals, or oncology fields is a strong advantage.

Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Chinese (written and spoken).
