About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account & Operations Executive (Vendor Management) to join our growing team. In this role, you'll manage relationships with healthcare vendors, ensure the accuracy of service listings on our platform, and support operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update vendor information and healthcare service offerings on our digital platform.
- Serve as a key liaison between internal account managers and healthcare vendors to coordinate campaigns, promotions, and wellness events.
- Provide onboarding, platform training, and support to healthcare providers, including due diligence processes.

Support vendor operations, contract management, and engagement strategies.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track vendor performance and promotional effectiveness.

Manage vendor onboarding processes and maintain strong, ongoing relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve platform features and user experience.

Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems to support digital health operations.

Apply best practices in managing provider information and service listings.

Handle ad-hoc administrative and operational support as needed.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in account management, vendor operations, or online marketplace support, preferably in healthcare or wellness.
Excellent organizational skills and a strong eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.

Proficient in preparing and maintaining reports and dashboards.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Bonus if You Have:

Fluency in English and Cantonese (written and spoken); Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
- Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Chinese word processing, and familiarity with SaaS or digital health platforms.
