About the Role

Were hiring a hands-on, detail-oriented, and data-driven Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across eCommerce and digital channels.

You'll be responsible for campaign setup, performance tracking, and continuous improvement across platforms like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Facebook, and Google, ensuring KPIs are met through strategic planning and real-time optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Setup & Execution: Own the full backend setup of campaigns across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Facebook, Google, and others.
  • Platform Expertise: Leverage platform-specific tools including CPAS and onsite ads to drive campaign results.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor campaigns daily, making data-backed adjustments to maximize performance.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Prepare regular campaign reports with insights and strategic recommendations (bi-weekly, monthly, annual).
  • Media Planning: Collaborate on cross-channel media plans that support brand goals and business outcomes.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement operational enhancements for more efficient campaign delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal teams and brand partners to ensure successful execution and alignment.
  • Marketing Ops Support: Assist with daily marketing operations, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or relevant fieldor equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience in performance marketing, with deep expertise in eCommerce (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and digital channels.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams or driving performance strategy.

  • Proven record of hands-on campaign execution using Shopee & Lazada backend tools (CPAS, onsite).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with large datasets.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; familiarity with reporting/analytics tools is a plus.
  • Effective communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Self-motivated and thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

  • Fluent in English (written & spoken); additional languages are a plus.
