About the job Sr Sales & BD Executive
a. Drive the achievement of sales targets through strategic planning and effective budgeting
b. Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors on all technical, contractual, and project-specific requirements
c. Represent the organization by attending relevant conferences, meetings, and industry events
d. Establish and grow a strong customer base both locally and internationally, actively pursuing business opportunities to meet sales objectives
e. Develop and execute marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand visibility across various market segments within Malaysia
f. Foster and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering value-driven solutions
g. Prepare and present detailed reports on sales performance, revenue, expenditures, and forecasts to the management team
h. Collaborate closely with global offices and teams to serve shared clients, ensuring seamless local execution of projects regardless of their origin
