Marketing and Sales Manager (Singapore and MY):
I. Job Description
Market Development and Client Acquisition
Responsible for market development in the commercial fit-out sector (e.g., office spaces, commercial spaces, factory renovations, etc.) and identifying potential client leads.
Acquire new clients through various channels, including trade shows, industry events, and online platforms, to establish long-term partnerships.
End-to-End Sales Management
Achieve sales targets, including client onboarding, contract negotiations, project handover, and payment collection.
Participate in the bidding process, prepare qualification documents, and coordinate with the technical team to complete design proposals and quotations.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain relationships with existing clients, conduct regular follow-ups, and resolve post-sales issues to enhance client satisfaction and repeat business.
Handle client complaints and coordinate with departments such as design and engineering to optimize service processes.
Coordinate cross-departmental resources (e.g., design, construction, procurement) to ensure efficient project implementation.
II. Job Requirements
Education and Major
Associate degree or higher; preference given to candidates with a background in Marketing, Engineering Management, or related fields.
Language Requirements: Chinese and English
Work Experience
5+ years of market experience in the commercial fit-out industry; preference given to candidates with expertise in MEP fit-out projects for data centers in Singapore.
Preference given to candidates with Business Development (BD) experience at large design, interior decoration, or construction firms.
Salary: 6k SGD in SG and 4400 USD in MY as base salary, commission 4%
